[The difference between 7 and 11 weeks course]
7 weeks:
 In 7 weeks, you will mainly learn the basics of the Japanese cuisine.
11 weeks:
 In 11 weeks, you will learn the basics and advanced skills of the Japanese cuisine.
 Lessons on Kaiseki Ryori is included in the 11 weeks course.
