Regardless of your previous knowledge of Spanish, the aim is to improve your ability to understand spoken Spanish and express yourself orally; to be able to speak more and more during the course, with increasing vocabulary and fluency.
Program Highlights
20 teaching hours per week, with each lesson lasting 45 minutes. Course materials included, providing essential resources for learning.
Maximum of 15 participants per group ensures personalized attention and effective learning.
Four yoga sessions per week, offering a variety of styles such as vinyasa, hatha, yin, kundalini, restorative, and "classroom/office yoga." Taught by experienced instructors.
Yoga sessions conducted in different settings, including a yoga studio, school facilities, and occasionally outdoors. conducted primarily in Spanish, enhancing language immersion.
Be prepared to allocate time daily for preparation, rehearsal, exercises, and assignments.
