All throughout the year students acquire the essentials on creation and design. The world of creation is changing, design is becoming a melting pot of disciplines and their practice is being liberalized. The multidisciplinary approach is a part of a mixture process of the fields of application of cretivity. Program Highlights
Foundation includes a combination of theoretical lessons, field trips, workshops. They are meant for students missing a specific background, as well as willing to enjoy a study abroad experience.
IED Design offer is the comprehensive answer to the countless requirements of design community: designing for people and with people. IED Designer is by definition an innovator and a pioneer.
Students develop project methodology, knowledge of the industry and managerial skills, so as to operate in the most different settings: from interior to product from transportation to service design.
Design in IED is meant as a tool to transform society through: innovation strategies, product development, design of spaces, transportation, sustainability, craftsmanship, food experience.
IED Design students go into the importance of the manufacture process of objects, deal with design method tools, prototyping and innovative materials.
