Join a 10-month international volunteer program designed for those who want to gain real experience in global development while making a meaningful impact. The program combines training, fieldwork, and reflection, offering a unique opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

You will begin with a 3-month training period in Europe, where you will learn about global challenges such as inequality, sustainability, and community development, while building practical skills in teamwork, leadership, and project planning. This phase also includes hands-on activities, community events, and collaborative learning.

After the training, you will spend 6 months volunteering in a development project in countries such as Malawi, Zambia, India, or Guinea-Bissau. You will work alongside local communities in areas like education, health, agriculture, or social development, contributing to ongoing initiatives.

The program concludes with a final reflection period, where you will evaluate your experience and prepare to share your learnings.
