Visitor Program Coordinator

Join Friends of San Lucas as a full-time Visitor Program Coordinator in San Lucas Tolimán, Guatemala. Each year, the SLM welcomes 1000+ visitors to the community through our visitor program. As a coordinator, you play an integral role in supporting all visiting groups as they prepare for and experience the community of San Lucas Tolimán. A critical aspect of this position is understanding the community's needs and cultural norms and helping convey those to visitors. You work in the community and on project worksites, though some tasks are performed in a traditional office, and report to the Lead Visitor Program Coordinator.
