Students will experience working in a gelato shop (Italian: Gelateria), located in central Florence. They will learn how to make gelato and run a gelato shop as a business. It will be a truly unique experience to be a part of the Italian lifestyle and understand the customers' tastes.

The first months of the program will be totally focused on learning the Italian language to enable students to intern in this specific environment.

The minimum requirements for this program are:
- High School Diploma
- Sufficient English proficiency if English is not your first language.
