Job Summary: As a Guest Service Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their experience in our furnished apartments is seamless and enjoyable. You will work closely with the operations team and other departments to meet guests' needs promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and friendly manner. Provide detailed information regarding available apartments, pricing, services, and amenities. Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for guests. Handle special requests from guests, such as additional amenities, local recommendations, transportation bookings, etc.
