BroadFutures

BroadFutures is a workforce development program for young people with learning disabilities (LD) and/or attention issues in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. We aim to help them realize their potential in the workforce and become independent, self-advocating, and successful employees through strategic partnerships. We offer a comprehensive program that includes training, mentoring, and paid internships. We teach important professional skills such as communication, stress tolerance, and professionalism. We also use arts, yoga, and mindfulness to enhance the learning experience and foster holistic growth.
