We are seeking energetic and flexible individuals to join us as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) in Japan. Positions are available at public elementary, junior, and senior high schools across Japan.

ALTs work alongside a Japanese teacher, sharing their knowledge and insight during dedicated English classes. We generally co-teach between three and five classes a day, depending on the school's schedule and the frequency of the ALT's visits. Also, ALTs have the opportunity to interact with students and staff outside of class, including during lunch and recess times.

Requirements:
-University graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field)
-12 years of education where English was the primary medium of instruction

Not required, but strongly preferred:
-Prior teaching experience or an ESL-related teaching certificate like TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc
-Valid driver's license in your home country and a willingness to drive in Japan
