The BA (Hons) Songwriting & Music Production is a full-time, three-year program aimed to provide students with the necessary skills for successful music careers. This program, offered at BIMM Music Institute on its campuses across the UK, focuses on practical studio engineering, software skills, songwriting techniques, and the ability to work in various music industry contexts.

Students will gain hands-on recording studio experience, learn music production, and refine their songwriting across genres. The curriculum includes core songwriting and production modules, plus optional modules for specific career paths like recording, live music, film and TV, audio post-production, and education. With practical classes, workshops, and seminars led by experienced industry professionals, students will be well-prepared for real-world challenges. Regular one-to-one tutorials and support from the Student Services and Careers Team further personalize the learning experience, helping students achieve their personal and professional goals.
