Computer Training in a Community School

Travel to Kenya and volunteer at a computer tutoring center in our partner community. This project enables you to make a lasting impact by teaching computer skills to the local people. Not only does it enhance digital literacy, but it also fosters cross-cultural exchange among Kenyans and international volunteers. Your role as a volunteer involves teaching computer skills, from an introduction to basic coding. Lessons start at 8:30 am, and your work schedule generally ends at 12:30 pm. You generally collaborate with the computer teacher and also have the opportunity to teach on your own. You can also start a computer project, which you need to complete during your stay.
