A+ World Academy is one of the world's most unique international boarding schools. We give students the opportunity to take Advanced Placement courses in a school at sea. Travel the globe to more than 20 port cities on the oldest fully rigged sailing ship in the world. We offer a challenging, rigorous, unique program that develops students into global citizens and leaders with grit, resilience, and perseverance.

Our program offers the unique chance to explore the world with a group of like-minded students from different nationalities. While at each port, they go on school-organized excursions and field experiences. They also have free time to explore each city with their friends. We also offer an incredible sailing experience on our beautiful ship, the Norwegian Sørlandet. Students learn to sail and manage her and play a crucial role in the ship's everyday functioning.
