What inspired you to work for TEFL-TESOL-Certification.com?

That's my way to help people and show how many opportunities the world has. As I love to travel, I can't imagine my trips without new acquaintances, and it wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for English. I'm so glad that I've decided to work as an International Certification team member. Moreover, they provide a flexible schedule, respectful attitude, and the possibility of professional and personal growth.

Describe a typical day at work.

After doing research, I create new articles for the website blog. When a new article is ready, I organize the space for recording a new video for the YouTube channel and other social media. I go through a ton of materials to create valuable content for our audience. Of course, I add many memes and jokes. That's my favorite part of my job.

Love my job. I do it with a great pleasure.

What is your favorite part of your job?

When it turns out to start a dialogue with followers through the comments. When you find out that the article, video, post, or other material was useful to them. This motivates me to continue my work and do it even better. For me, that means being a part of the community. I think that EFL/ESL teachers are the dream community members.

What challenges do you often face and how do you overcome them?

My job requires constant learning. When I have a task and I realize that I lack the knowledge to solve it, I immerse myself in textbooks, take additional courses, do research, and ask questions of those who can help. Fortunately, International Certification always helps me with this, providing access to knowledge.

What advice would you tell your pre-travel self?

Do not be scared. Communication skills and knowledge of English will always help you, in any situation. Do not be afraid to make mistakes, because these are not mistakes, but invaluable experience. Be open to the world, and it will open up to you in the best way. Make friends and send positive vibes all around.

Why should someone choose International Certification over competitors?

International Certification is about an individual approach. They are interested in the success of their students. They do everything possible so that thanks to training, teachers will be able to realize their dreams and desires and improve their lives. And if teachers are happy with their lives, they will make an incredibly positive impact on the huge number of people they teach.

What makes your organization easy to market to potential participants?

TEFL-TESOL-Certification.com explains everything to customers in as much detail as possible. No question is considered stupid, no client is left without attention. They are constantly looking for ways to improve. In our company, the tenet works - make suggestions on how to become better. Constantly think about improvements. How to become even more useful. I think this is a method borrowed from Japan.

What is your organization's mission and how do you continue to work toward it?

There is a long-standing idea of ??creating a single language that all the people of the world can speak so that misunderstandings disappear. The artificially invented language did not take root. However, I think that at the moment this role is played by the English language.

I agree that the idea of universal language is great. I see International Certification as one of the missionaries. The mission is to train excellent English teachers so that they carry knowledge around the world. Traveling itself erases far-fetched boundaries.

Communication and the exchange of ideas and thoughts are the most important tools that will help preserve what we have and improve what is imperfect. I am glad to be a part of this.

What do you hope participants take away from your programs?

First of all, I hope they understand that studying is a pure pleasure. That no matter how old or experienced you are, it is always time to learn. And the best time is right now. In my opinion, online studying is the best one. It allows people from any part of the world to become the best versions of themselves.

Why is it important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures?

I think that all strife, conflicts, and wars are due to misunderstanding. I am happy that the world has become more open. I believe that a generation of cosmopolitans is now being formed. Traveling, people get rid of imposed stereotypes.

Boundaries are being erased not only in communication but also in mindset. I think positive results are already visible, and there will be more in the future.

Traveling is always a good idea.

Why do you think learning a new language is important?

This broadens the horizon and helps to solve the tasks, analyzing them from a different angle because you know how to think using various constructions. And I repeat that the ability to communicate today is a key tool in the modern world. Sharing ideas, conveying one's point of view, and understanding interlocutors are crucial skills.

What advice do you have for individuals thinking about going abroad?

Do it. That will change you and your life for the better. Time is precious, don't waste it, just do it. You will be okay. If you think about it, that means you need it, and you are ready for that. Don't be scared. Make proper preparations and you will be okay. Think only about positive experiences which are awaiting you. You can do it. No doubts.

What does meaningful travel mean to you?

To find out new things about myself and others. I have understood that the world is full of old and irrelevant stereotypes. And you can learn about that only when you start traveling. That is also a great practice of making the right decisions while finding yourself in non-standard situations. It is called thinking outside the box.

What hopes do you have for the future of international education?

I hope it becomes public. I am a big fan and advocate of online education. Do believe that this is the best strategy to make quality international education available to absolutely all inhabitants of the planet. I want there to be world and state programs that support international online education.

How is your company handling Covid protocols? What should participants know about your Covid readiness? How are you assisting participants with navigating the new travel landscape?

I would suggest reading all the rules of the country you are heading to. All the airlines provide clear instructions regarding Covid protocols. It is easy to be informed.
