In my free time, I loved wandering through the streets of Madrid, discovering new neighborhoods and hidden gems. I also enjoyed visiting museums and art galleries, especially the Prado Museum. Additionally, I would go out for dinner with friends or take short trips to nearby towns to explore more of Spain.
What type of accommodation did you have? What did you like best about it?
I stayed in a shared apartment with other international students. What I loved most about it was the sense of community and the opportunity to make friends from all over the world. The apartment was centrally located, which made it easy to explore the city. The shared living experience also helped me improve my Spanish, as we often communicated in both English and Spanish. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.
