What inspired you to work for TESOL Coach Master Inc.?
I wanted to work for TESOL because I felt it was a place I could be challenged and gain some great experience. I also love my colleagues and the healthy work environment helps to keep me motivated.
Describe a typical day at work.
I usually start my work day at 8 am. Prioritization is key in my role, so I begin by addressing the most urgent matters. I also spend a lot of time on our social media marketing, developing new and creative ways to reach our targets.
Why do you do what you do?
The more passionate you are about the things you do, the more impact you will create. I am so proud of my work and I love seeing my company grow and improve each and every day.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite thing about my job is the opportunity to work alongside my colleagues. They are always super motivated and inspire me daily. I also love interacting with customers. When you see that your customer is satisfied with your service, it is the best feeling ever.
How do you use your education and international background in your current role?
My experience as an ESL teacher and educator influences my marketing strategy. Since my primary focus is our website traffic, facebook, and other social media pages, my communication skills help me reach out to target customers and develop creative digital content.
What challenges do you often face and how do you overcome them?
The main challenge is the amount of competition. There are so many TESOL providers and it can be difficult to find a way to stand out. I work to overcome this challenge by improving our brand and maintaining the trust of our clients.
What are some current projects you are working on?
I am currently working on three of our courses: 150-hour online TESOL Course, 220-hour Master TESOL course, and the 60-hour CTEYL.
What advice would you tell your pre-travel self?
Take some time before your trip to get to know yourself better.

Are there any developments with your organization that you would like to share with us?
We are planning to expand the TCM Development Academy Inc. as well as our online English language classes, which are offered through our TCMTalks Tutorial Services.
What makes your organization easy to market to potential participants?
We offer great value for your money as well as attractive discounts. For instance, our 150-hour online TESOL certification is on sale frequently. You pay only 3500 PHP (about $72), down from the regular price of 10000 PHP (about $207). You will receive online modules/ accounts, support from the TESOL Coach Master, and a certificate from our partner in the United States, the American Global Management Association.
What is your organization's mission and how do you continue to work toward it?
Our mission and goal is to become an internationally recognized training institution. We hope to achieve this by ensuring all students receive quality and affordable certification courses that will enable them to compete in and contribute to a global society.

What do you hope participants take away from your programs?
We hope to encourage our students to develop their own intuitions, formulate their own ideas, and come up with creative solutions to challenges. We want them to be able to engage with other viewpoints as well, even those that differ from their own.
How do you help support participants?
We empower future English teachers by providing them with a quick, practical, and affordable TESOL course. Our friendly staff also works to find ESL positions or other English teaching jobs for our graduates.

I actually did participate in one of TESOL Coach Master’s programs. I completed the 150-hour online TESOL certification course and I am very proud to be an alumni of this company.
What questions do participants often ask you, and how do you typically respond?
We are often asked about the details of our programs. I explain to them the different programs and the benefits of earning a TESOL certification through our company. For example, our 150-hour TESOL certification course is offered online, so you can study anytime, anywhere. It is a self-paced program, but you will be assisted by one of our online coach masters. They will provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Why is it important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures?
Being aware of cultural norms, differences, and values is not only fascinating, but can also help us understand international issues and conflicts. It is important to be able to relate to one another, whether in the street, classroom, or boardroom. Travel abroad helps shift perspectives and allows us to see where someone else is coming from.
Why do you think learning a new language is important?
Foreign language study enhances listening skills and memory. People can participate more effectively and responsibly in this multicultural world if they know another language. Mastering another language is also a very marketable skill to leverage in the global economy.

What advice do you have for individuals thinking about going abroad?
Do it! Get out there, explore the world, and learn something new! Think outside the box and change the world!

Meaningful travel is experiencing something that changes the way you see things.
What hopes do you have for the future of international education?
I hope that everyone can afford international education in the future and that universities can find ways to help the less fortunate experience travel. I also hope that there will be even more ways for students to engage with the international community online.
