What inspired you to work for MomTikCamp?
The first time I came to MomtikCamp was as a volunteer just like everyone else. Every time I returned I experienced something amazing and fulfilling. After my 8th time, it became clear to me that this place is special and I want to be a part of the team that makes it all happen.
The positive impact this organization has on the kids and community is amazing, and being here gives me an even stronger desire to be better every day. And now, with this new job opportunity, I can make that dream a reality. It’s an inspiration to be here.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is watching the kids every day and being able to see them grow and develop. It is incredibly rewarding to see how they progress and work hard to achieve their goals. It is truly satisfying and inspiring to be a part of their journey and know that I can support their growth.

What are some current projects you are working on?
We are dedicated to motivating them to learn English and making the process enjoyable. Our services include a wide range of activities including exciting science experiments, fun arts and crafts sessions, exciting game competitions, and even yoga classes. All of these programs are well-designed to inspire and motivate children and foster a love of learning beyond a traditional classroom environment. It’s our way of creating an enriching and empowering environment for these young students.
What advice would you tell your pre-travel self?
The advice I would give myself before traveling is to not be afraid of the new experiences and challenges ahead. While the new stuff can be more challenging, it’s what will motivate you to grow and realize your full potential.
Embrace what you don’t know, be open to learning, and accept the ability to adapt and succeed in new areas. It’s all part of an amazing journey of personal growth and cultural enrichment.

Additionally, we aim for them to develop a deep understanding of Thai culture, advanced intercultural communication skills, and a strong desire to continue positively contributing to the communities they encounter throughout their lives.

We support participants by providing them with a comprehensive and enriching experience from the moment they join our program. We offer well-equipped and luxurious accommodation, including a private room, pool, and gym, to ensure a pleasant and safe environment during their stay.
Our focus goes beyond learning; We incorporate a wide range of extracurricular activities and interaction with the community, fostering personal development, cultural awareness, and deeper relationships with the children we work with. In addition, we provide counseling, emotional support, and guidance to help them navigate the challenges and rewards of volunteering abroad.
