Playa del Carmen offers a hot and humid climate, blessed with miles of unspoiled white sandy beaches, crystal-clear Caribbean waters and easy access to the magnificent Mayan ruins such as Chichen Itza, Tulum, and Uxmal.

These Mayan pyramids and temples are silent testimonies to the powerful civilization that built them and designated them holy places. Xel-Ha, a National Park and ecological wonder where fresh and seawater mingle to create a natural aquarium, contains several pre-hispanic temples which are a must see.

Eight minute walk to the beach and the bustling Avenida 5 (5th Avenue). Stunning school with outdoor pool, roof top terraces and self catering residence rooms are located on campus.

You have the following course options:
* 4 lessons daily: (20 group lessons per week)
* 6 lessons daily: (30 group lessons per week)

- A "lesson" usually lasts approx. 50 minutes

After class and weekend activities:
Enjoy social and cultural outings during the week with other students from the school including salsa lessons, beach activities, cooking lessons followed with dinners at local restaurants. Enjoy the great nightlife together and take advantage of the many water sporting activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing and much more.

Explore the lost cities of Mexico's Aztec, Zapotec, Mayan and Spanish cultures and visit the famous Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, Tulum or Uxmal. Other excursions could include trips to a sub-tropical rain forest, stroll thru lively markets, relax on the beautiful Caribbean beaches or a ferry excursion to the island of Cozumel.
