The city of Guanajuato is an important historical and cultural colonial city and the surrounding silver mines are recognized by UNESCO. The city offers beautiful colonial buildings, picturesque squares, a vibrant University and modern museums. Combined with a year round pleasant climate this is an ideal place to learn Spanish.

Located in the city center in a charming building with 15 classrooms and a capacity of 110 students.

Highlights

* 4 lessons daily: (20 group lessons per week)

- Course includes 5 additional cultural classes per week
- We accept all language levels / ages 18+
- Unlimited course length
- A "lesson" usually lasts approx. 50 minutes
- Course runs Monday through Friday (mornings)
- Loan of course materials are included
- Placement test and orientation on first day of course
- Maximum 8 students per group class

After class and weekend activities:

Guanajuato is, and has been for a long time, a center of culture and education so enjoy social and cultural outings during the week with other students from the school.

Explore museums, cathedrals and colonial sites, Indian markets, ruins and local places of interest, enjoy local architecture. The summer provides several local festivals with carnival like atmospheres. In the fall, the city hosts a world-renowned three-week international cultural event -- El Festival Internacional Cervantino.
