Spend the summer in beautiful Quebec City, learning French in our Summer French Immersion Program.
Quebec City is the only major city in Canada that offers a 100% French-speaking environment, making it the ideal location for immersion into the French language. The program is held in Collège Mérici, located downtown and a short 15-minute walk from Old Quebec (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
The campus features exceptional facilities which include a gymnasium, an aerobics room, a library, computer labs, an internet cafe, a cafeteria and a student lounge. The campus has ample green space for outdoor sports and recreation activities.
There is an average of 9 to 12 students per class distributed over 8 levels of French. Instructors focus on providing students with a foundation of international French that will serve them wherever they go in the future. Students undergo an evaluation and are placed in the appropriate level. There are start dates on every Monday.
Our summer 2013 programs will run from June 3th to August 9th.

Activities
Cultural activities include excursions to Tadoussac for whale-watching, to Montreal to visit La Ronde theme park and the Montreal Jazz Festival, and Le Cirque du Soleil. Activities are available in packages or individually.
Accommodation
Edu-Inter offers the following options for accommodation: Homestay (with or without meals), residence (on-campus and off-campus) or furnished apartment. Host families consist of local francophone families, selected to ensure an optimal, culturally rich experience.

International Student Body - The summer program receives 400 participants from over 25 countries. Imagine... bringing together 400 people interested in French language and French-Canadian culture!
