Each of these programs have a range of activities that could benefit from your assistance in areas from education, conservation, health care, human rights, microfinance and community development - and it doesn't stop there... Tell us your main area of interest and we will match you to the right organization, where you can make a valuable contribution while gaining meaningful experience.

  • Highlights

    - A placement coordinator who specializes in your field of interest to guide you through the application process, giving you insight into local opportunities and placing you in a position that suits your specific skills and experience.
    - All the information you need to plan your trip and prepare for life in Buenos Aires
    - Secure, central housing, with easy access to our on-the-ground staff
    - Substantial local support, from providing logistical assistance to career and personal mentoring to hands-on help in case of an emergency
    - Regular social and cultural activities to help you meet other volunteers and experience all that Buenos Aires has to offer.

    Buenos Aires Highlights:
The birthplace of tango, the Paris of the South America and home to two of the most passionately supported football clubs in the world, Buenos Aires is a city rich with culture, excitement, and adventure.

Program participants are overwhelmed with a choice of museums, street theater, live jazz and cafe orchestras, and will love the theaters and bookshops of the Avenida Corrientes. The city is also home to the 19th century Teatro Colon, as well known for its stunning architecture as for the renowned opera and ballet performances it has hosted. By contrast, small folk clubs called penas give visitors an insight into the music and dance of gaucho culture.

Further afield there are opportunities for whale watching, tours of the wine region, hiking in the Andes, and skiing in Bariloche. Make time for a trip to the dramatic landscape of Patagonia at the end of the world, or to experience the spectacular sight of the Iguazu Falls.

With so much to do and see in Buenos Aires and Argentina, we're always happy to provide advice on how to plan your adventure.
