Spend a part of your summer studying in historical Italy, embracing the culture for both the old and the new. The Umbra Institute is located in the heart of Perugia, in a splendid structure that was formerly a palace for Italian nobility, Palazzo Oddi. The palace maintains its distinct Renaissance character, while offering extensive modern facilities including a library, computer lab, classrooms, and a student lounge. At Umbra, you'll learn from accomplished faculty who have vast experience working with study abroad students and who live, work and study in Italy themselves. Instructors at the Umbra Institute are known for being very approachable and empathetic to your needs and concerns as an international student.
The Umbra Institute is recognized by the Ministry of Education in Italy, and accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges through its partnership with Arcadia University.
