Immerse yourself in art through a summer study in Europe! This four-week comprehensive European culture focuses on art and architecture. You will spend seven days in London, three days in Amsterdam, five days in Paris, two days in Lucerne, three days in Venice, four days in Florence, and three days in Rome. Three semester credits will be recommended for the course work. The major contributions of the Western European world art are greatly considered in site visits and lectures.
The summer course is taught by and the transcripts are issued by Richmond, The American International University in London which is accredited in the US and UK. The program leader is the one who will guide you through a European specialist in architectural and art history.
Arnold Toynbees essay, Encounter Between Civilizations, suggested that 21st century historians will say that, "The great event of the 20th century was the impact of western civilization on all other living societies of the world of that day."
Spend 4 weeks studying European Art and Architecture first hand. Earn 3 semester credits from Richmond, The American International University in London in a course that combines formal class work with field trips.
Throught the course you will spend 6 nights in London, 3 nights in Amsterdam, 5 nights in Paris, 2 nights in Lucerne, 3 nights in Venice, 4 nights in Florence and 4 nights in Rome.
See the master works in these cities with included visits such as: Londons National Gallery, the Rijksmuseum, the Louvre, Giverny, the Accademia, the Uffizi and the Vatican Museums.
