We provide a range of courses for all skill levels based on individual needs. We achieve this by taking a personalized and student-centered approach involving instructors and students in the learning process. All our teachers are native speakers who hold university degrees and years of proven experience. We also offer online classes for those who do not have the opportunity to visit our locations. In addition, all students who attend at least 85% of classes during their Spanish course will receive a Don Quijote certificate at the end of the program. New Activisms, Human Rights and Social Justice

This multi-country semester study abroad program (Costa Rica and Guatemala) is defined by an experiential methodology and a unique approach to community engagement. Students develop Spanish language skills through one-on-one courses. They are immersed in the lives of homestay families and urban and rural communities. They learn with and from grassroots community organizations dedicated to working on issues related to conflict, foreign policy, gender, and economic and social justice. The unique histories and lives of the people not only inspire but also challenge students to think about their role as agents of change. Students travel to two countries and within each country. Several overnight and multi-day excursions are integral to this program, providing the opportunity to better understand both the urban and rural experience in Guatemala and Costa Rica. Visit coffee cooperatives, volcanoes, tropical lakes, Indigenous villages, and major cities. Courses: Spanish language - beginner to advanced History, Memory, and Justice in Guatemala Latin American Liberation Theology/or Psychology Citizen Participation in a Globalized Economy
