<we had a lot of fun working with the kids at our daycare placement. <also, the care and attention of the <maximo Nivel staff was top notch. <i had a minor illness while abroad and they got me all the treatment <i needed to be back on my feet in a day without missing my excursions.

Completing the Level 3 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language has been a valuable and rewarding learning experience for me. The programme provided me with a good foundation in teaching English to learners whose first language is not English. I particularly appreciated the sections on lesson planning, teaching grammar, pronunciation, classroom management and different teaching approaches. The programme helped me understand how to make lessons more learner-centred, engaging and suitable for different levels of English proficiency. The course also increased my confidence as an English teacher and gave me practical ideas that I can apply in both online and face-to-face teaching. The assessments encouraged me to reflect on my understanding and apply what I had learned. Overall, I found the Level 3 TEFL programme informative, practical and relevant. It has added to my teaching skills and has motivated me to continue developing professionally in the field of English language teaching. I would recommend this programme to anyone who already has an interest in teaching and would like to develop a foundation in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.

The home stay was great, felt very welcome always and the food was great. My lessons were well organised and the teachers were always passionate in helping me improve, and felt like I improved a lot in only 3 weeks. Great experience overall, and i would recommend to anyone that wants to learn a new language.

I had an amazing experience with International Volunteer HQ in Ecuador. Everything was well organized from the beginning, and I felt supported throughout the entire program. The local team was welcoming, helpful, and always available when needed. I especially appreciated the opportunity to immerse myself in the local culture, meet wonderful people, and contribute through volunteering. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would definitely recommend IVHQ to anyone looking for a meaningful experience abroad.

My experience with Absolute Internship in Barcelona was truly unforgettable. I absolutely fell in love with Spain, from the culture and people to the lifestyle and beautiful city of Barcelona. Having Barcelona as my home base made the experience feel like I was truly living abroad rather than just visiting. I had a favorite supermarket where they knew and recognized me, and we would smile and wave everytime I passed by, a favorite pizza place, etc. Being able to go on weekend trips to other countries and come back to a home was amazing, rather than moving from hotel to hotel for 2 months. The public transportation made it so easy to explore the city and travel to other places throughout Barcelona, and we got a metro card so we didn't have to pay every time we wanted to move around. One of my favorite parts of the program was the people I met. I made some of my best friends through Absolute, and the memories we had are something I will never forget. I also loved my host company and coworkers, who made me feel welcomed, supported, and excited to go to work each day. The program coordinators were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I also made friends who are locals, and I'm planning to go back and visit them.

I had a great time volunteering for this program. I did not know what to expect from Cusco and it was a cool way to throw myself out there and get out of my comfort zone. For people solo travelling alone, this program made it easy and comforting to do. I learned a lot and had lots of hands on experience.

IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR PERSONAL GROWTH, EVERYONE IS VERY WELCOMING, KIND AND HELPFUL. IT WAS WONDERFUL SPENDING TIME WITH THE CHILDREN, HELPING THEM WITH THEIR HOMEWORK, AND PLAYING WITH THEM. I LOVED BEING HERE.

Doing this TEFL course was just what I needed to send my life in a completely new direction. I appreciated the great course material, the subjects, how everything was laid out and the support that was available 24/7. At times it was hard work, but I persevered and am very proud of my qualification! Onwards! 🧡

I really enjoyed my volunteer experience with Maximo Nivel at the nursing home. The staff was welcoming, supportive, and made me feel like part of the team. While it wasn’t quite the hands-on medical experience I was expecting, it was still incredibly rewarding to spend time with the residents and learn more about the local culture and healthcare environment. The experience reminded me that compassionate care is about more than medical procedures. Overall, I had a great time, met amazing people, and would recommend this program to anyone looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity in Costa Rica.

I had a good experience with The Intern Group during my summer internship in Spain. They made the process of moving to a new country and starting an internship easier by providing support throughout the experience. My internship gave me valuable professional experience and allowed me to build on my skills. Beyond the internship, living in Madrid was an amazing opportunity to experience a new culture, meet new people, and travel around Europe.
