Volunteers 2 Uganda is an NGO based on strong Christian values founded by a group of Ugandan natives in 2010. They established the organization to foster compassion and appreciation of people in need, as well as the spirit of solidarity. Volunteers 2 Uganda is committed to provide families from underserved communities in Uganda opportunities to reach their highest potential amid the lack of or inadequate access to basic rights - food, education, proper nutrition, etc. - and facilities.
Our vision is to bring back God’s care and love to these people through voluntary services offered to the most vulnerable members of local communities. We offer these with the assistance of interns and volunteers from around the globe who focus on specific areas such as Child Care, Empowerment, Education, Health Care, Capacity Building, Skills Development, etc. We promote cultural exchange through affordable Volunteering and Internship programs.
