Venezuela to Barcelona, a life changing experience

Leaving Venezuela at 18 was a big challenge, but this city has given me independence, new friendships, and amazing experiences. Adapting to a new culture wasn’t easy at first, but now I love the Mediterranean lifestyle, my studies in international business, and my job as a media manager. From running by the beach to weekend adventures, every day here teaches me something new. Studying abroad is challenging but so worth it—it’s an experience that changes you forever!

The experience of being part of an international group with students from all nationalities was incredible. Throughout the BME programme I have learnt priceless life lessons, mastered adaptability, and gained contacts from all over the world. Also, it has been very fascinating to experience different teaching methods and to learn about different cultures.
