Unhappy placement

The recruiter, Michael Kim, for Teach Abroad Korea claimed I would be teaching from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday but instead I am working 10 am to 7:30 PM. The school I am working at gives us little time to do preparation for all of the classes I teach and we are left to buy our own school supplies for our classes such as pencils for the kids, construction paper, and other material for crafts and activities. We are constantly pressured to produce results as well as keep the kids happy and their parents happy. The school they placed me at is a circus. I'm not sure who to blame here--the recruiter for not being clear on the hours and other details of the school or the school for its lack of communication and training.
