We believe that one can change the world with small steps and sustainable approach and that can be done through international projects and learning through service. Each of us in our team at STEP Beyond Borders believes that the fastest way to learn about cultural differences and improve cultural competence is to experience it first-hand not just travelling and seeing the sights but living with the locals and facing the reality of the country in a sustainable way.
