Volunteer in Cameroon with the Self Reliance Promoters NGO. These opportunities in rural areas are charity oriented and geared towards poverty alleviation through education of the less privileged, advocacy for the marginalized, and community development projects.

You will focus on one of these areas: Education, Women’s Programme, and Community Development. Your placement will depend mostly on your existing skills and training, and you could be assigned with any of these responsibilities:

- Planning and implementing educational programs
- Organizing teaching programs
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of women’s projects
- Educating women on their rights and capabilities to empower them
