Students at Rothberg International School at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem will benefit from the advanced methods of the highly professional and experienced teaching faculty of the Division of Hebrew Language Instruction. The focus is on helping them internalize the language and improve their practical usage. In class, students will practice the four skills that underpin language competency – reading, writing, speaking, and listening – in a communicative way. The school offers intensive Modern Hebrew language courses (ulpanim) during the summer and winter, as well as semester-long Hebrew language courses during the academic year. The school also runs a center for training teachers of Hebrew as a second language.
