DETAILS ● Host: A 5-Star Hotel by Bab Al Qasr ● Destination: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ● Department: Kitchen ● Program: Hospitality & Business Internship ● Duration: 11 months ● Intake: May 2025 onwards KITCHEN - RESPONSIBILITIES ● Assist in food preparation and cooking, including chopping, marinating, and applying various techniques according to standard recipes. ● Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure proper food storage. ● Support chefs in plating, presentation, and kitchen station setup and breakdown. ● Engage in training and development to enhance cooking skills, while observing and learning from experienced chefs. ● Assist in inventory control tasks and support kitchen management as needed.
