Worldwide Participants.

Cost in USD per week

Red Sweater Project does not charge program fees

Program Includes:

• We pick you up at Kilimanjaro Airport and transport you to your new home
• We arrange and furnish housing
• We provide orientation, familiarizing you with life in Tanzania and office operations
• We provide a computer (but you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own)
• We provide assistance with travel planning

Experience Required



• 2+ years of work experience with demonstrated passion for agricultural
• Agricultural research and/or farming experience; apiary skills a plus
• Strong data analysis skills including Excel
• Experience traveling, living abroad preferred
• Interest in East Africa’s indigenous cultures and traditions
• Ability to live in a developing community
• Flexibility to work individually and as part of a diverse team
• Humility. We require individuals joining our growing institution
combine leadership skills with good humor, patience and a
humble approach to service
