Worldwide Participants. This Program is also open to Couples.

Red Sweater Project does not charge program fees

Program Includes:

Airport pickup and transport to your new home
Housing
Orientation
Computer (but you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own)
Assistance with travel planning and arrangements

Excluded
Living expenses (US$200-300/month average)
Airfare, visas, and immunizations (between US$300-800)
Health insurance and medical expenses (if any)

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s university degree
• 10+ years experience in the classroom
• Minimum 2 years as head of school, principal
• Commitment to interactive and engaging education
• Professionalism and passion
• Experience traveling, living and/or teaching abroad preferred
• Interest in Tanzania's indigenous cultures and traditions
• Ability to live in a developing community
• Flexibility to work individually and as part of a diverse team
• Humility. We require individuals joining our growing institution combine leadership skills with good humor, patience and a humble approach to service
