Our organisation was formed in 2015 by group of young medical professionals. In lieu of the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal on April 25th 2015, the primary focus was on disaster relief and providing medical assistance to the remote areas of the country. During its first year in existence, we managed to help more than 16.000 people.
We have ties with the oldest existing NGO of Nepal and thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of the people involved with our organisation (be they regulars, volunteers or donors), multiple other humanitarian projects have sprouted up.
This includes setting up programs to educate people on health problems and a healthier lifestyle, bringing education and lesson programs to children otherwise incapable of attending school, improving sanitary infrastructure, promoting careers in the medical sector, collaborating and coordinating with other health organisations and so on.
