Requirements:
• Educational Background: Some knowledge of culinary arts and cooking as well as food science and nutrition
• Spanish Language Skills: Basic proficiency level

Special Skills Desired:
• Equally comfortable creating food in a test kitchen, a fine dining restaurant, or in a quick service facility
• Ability to understand and manage recipe documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to manage heavy workload and prioritize well to meet tight deadlines
• Resourceful, flexible, and able to creatively solve problems
• Proactive and reliable to fellow team members and managers
