Online Study: Marine Animal Anatomy, Behavior & Conservation

During this 8-week course, students learn the role of marine animals in the ocean ecosystem and the critical issues facing their conservation, taught by a specialist veterinarian. This covers all marine life, including corals, invertebrates, bony fishes, sharks and rays, sea turtles, birds, and mammals. The course discusses the unique challenges of sea turtle and marine mammal rescues. It consists of weekly online lecture recordings and assignments that students can complete at their own pace throughout the week, as well as live discussions twice a week.
