Just A Start, based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and collaborative Home Rehabilitation Construction Specialist to join our Homeownership Programs team. This role is integral to our mission of helping first-time homebuyers purchase affordable homes and issuing home improvement loans to existing low and moderate-income owners. Responsibilities: Prepare scopes of work and estimated pricing for home improvement projects. Manage contractor walkthroughs, site visits, and kickoff meetings. Oversee contractor work, project billing, and verify work completion. Work closely with the Homeownership Programs maintenance staff and City of Cambridge construction staff.
