Jeremiah Program is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Boston campus, ensuring effective and efficient processes that support the mission of disrupting the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of the campus facility, ensuring it is safe, welcoming, and conducive to the program’s activities.
Manage administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and vendor relations.
Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Min of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a non-profit or social services organization.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MSOffice and database management.
