Have a great learning experience working at a community newspaper. Interns benefit from ICE’s contacts with some of the leading community newspapers in Argentina. The newspapers that they use provide interns with the hands-on opportunity to perfect the skills they need to develop. This guarantees that they will be doing more than just making coffee. Interns can expect to tackle everything from in photography to field reporting to design and layout.

We assist interns with a strong interest in writing work directly with editors at the paper to generate stories of interest that are fit for print. Several of our interns were able to accumulate an impressive portfolio within just a few months at the papers covering topics as political as Hillary Clinton's official visit to the city to reviews of local High School plays.

The beauty of a community newspaper is that it will give you an in depth looks into a foreign culture from the inside out.
