- Ability to prepare, cook, and serve food in accordance with menus
- Ability to ensure high level of quality and presentation with every plate
- Ability to foster sound relationships with front of house staff and other kitchen staff
- Strong communicator, organized, clean, and tidy
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrate a passion for and experience in working with fresh produce
