Can see the results of your impact!
by: Ashima Dhingra - United StatesProgram: Women's Empowerment Project in Tanzania, Kilimanjaro RegionThis was my first time volunteering in Africa, and I felt safe with my experience going through Give a Heart to Africa. What inspired you to travel abroad?
My organization's goal is to help women in my community and that is the first thing that inspires me because the targeted age of people we are helping did not get an equal chance to get an education.

I earned a certificate to teach English as a second language with the plan to travel the world while teaching English to improve the lives of lesser privileged people. English is the universal language for travel as well as for technology, so I wanted to spread opportunities as I experienced life in many different countries.
