Volunteer in The Philippines and Philippines Experience

The volunteer program in Cebu and the Philippines Experience were amazing. Volunteering with the poor kids at the community project in Cebu was incredibly worthwhile, the kids are so lovely and eager to learn, it was a joy teaching them. The support from the coordinator was just great. Also the Philippines Experience was excellent, the combination of volunteering, traveling, adventure and culture was so exciting. I had so many wonderful experiences and I got to know the Philippines in a very real and meaningful way!
Falling in love with teaching at a dumpsite in Philippines

I have always enjoyed volunteering, giving back to local communities, and dedicating my time to help people who have been less fortunate than me. So when I came across an organisation called GapXperience Asia, a UK based non-for-profit, committed to promoting cross-cultural awareness and helping communities in developing countries in Asia, I knew I wanted to get involved.
