Qualifications

• 2-4 year Culinary degree or equivalency
• At least one year of Teppanyaki experience
• Strong knowledge of all basic Asian cooking techniques and Teppanyaki-style cooking philosophies and principles
• Ability to captivate guests by cooking “on stage”
• Ability to verbally explain processes of history, preparation, and cooking techniques to guests during live-action cooking
• Good level of English
• Positive, flexible, and reliable person
