Veterinary Internships in Dublin, Ireland

ELI is proud to offer internships with private veterinarians throughout Dublin. Participants in this program work under the direct supervision of trained professionals in their private offices, primarily with domesticated animals. Clinical interns typically work 7 hours a day, from Monday to Friday. These are highly competitive placements, which are ideal for advanced pre-vet and veterinary students who are at least 21 years old. Licensed veterinarians are also welcome. We ask that all participants arrive in Dublin on a Sunday. Orientation will take place on Monday, and the first day of the internship is typically Tuesday. Programs are available all year round; but during the summer, we have set arrival dates for group orientations. The minimum commitment period is four weeks.
