Child Care Volunteer Project in Ecuador, South America
Program Overview
If you have a genuine love for children, our childcare volunteer program in Ecuador may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Volunteers from all over the world are welcome to work in an orphanage, a center for street children, a daycare center, or a center for kids with disabilities. Working in one of these centers in Ecuador is probably one of the most challenging and most rewarding things you can do. The children here come from diverse backgrounds, facing various social problems, and a range of ages. The purpose of this project is to provide affection, support, and a decent life in the hopes of helping them become responsible citizens. Take on the role of a mentor, substitute parent, teacher, and friend.
Work on tasks that align with your skills and interests. You could assist with the children's daily care, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, education, and homework. Read them stories, teach songs, and play games with them. Support the local staff in general.
