Established in 2003, Ecological Research Society (EKAD) is an initiative of academicians who are experts in nature conservation and biodiversity. Our organization works in collaboration with municipalities, related ministries, academia, private enterprises, and NGOs to achieve our goals. We also expand and increase activities through volunteer contributions. We focus mostly on the protection and conservation of critically or already endangered sea turtles.
Our research studies include monitoring populations, determining nest locations, carrying out hatchling census, and other activities. We aim to show the best example for protecting these beautiful animals in the most efficient ways possible. People interested in contributing to our efforts can join our family through any of our four programs: Volunteer, Contribution, Satellite Tracking, and Adopting.
