Tuition includes tools, uniforms, excursions and materials related to the course. Accommodations and living expenses are not included in tuition.
Experience RequiredYes. Admissions are generally open to high school graduates (you must be 18 years old by the program start date). Candidates with previous training in cuisine, pastry or restaurant management should consult us before applying to determine eligibility for the Intensive Professional Program in English (Cuisine or Pastry)
At the end of the course, once the final exam has been passed, the student will receive a Certificate of Attendance under the patronage of APCI Professional Association of Italian Chefs, as well as the HACCP certificate valid for an unlimited time in Italy.
