The passion to work with young people, children and women within the community. having the opportunity to travel across a number of African countries and Asia, having met young professionals across the globe., seen and experienced their zeal towards a common interest to see positive change in the life of young people. This has happened to be my inspiration to bring change within the community.

I was inspired to work for this organization because of its commitment to empowering young people and embracing global diversity through its volunteer program. Hosting passionate volunteers from different cultures fosters growth and shared learning, while the focus on mentorship equips youths with vital life skills to navigate challenges and thrive. Being part of this mission-driven team motivates me to contribute to creating a lasting positive impact.

The desire to make a difference: My organization gave me a chance to work directly with communities, particularly vulnerable children and families, offering a fulfilling sense of purpose. The ability to see tangible changes in people’s lives whether through education, health, or personal development is incredibly rewarding.
