This nationwide builder focuses on Commercial Projects up to $30 million and cultivates a culture led by dedicated, professional leaders who actively engage in daily operations.

Your responsibilities will involve aiding in the daily coordination and oversight of Fitout & Refurb projects (up to $30M) for prestigious clients in demanding settings. Primary tasks include procurement, managing Extensions of Time (EOTs), handling Requests for Information (RFIs), engaging with stakeholders, and conducting financial reporting, among others. This position serves as a pathway toward becoming a Project Manager, structured to gradually introduce you to the role's demands, ensuring you're prepared for advancement.

You should:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator
Graduate of related field.
Experience managing commercial projects up to $10M
