This January Term program offered by ASA is a traveling seminar focused on the individuality and expression of the Mediterranean region’s rich culinary heritage. For more than two weeks, you will combine studies & visits to different cities in France, Spain, and Italy. Courses involve numerous topics - the globalization of wine, the international influence of the French and Spanish wine markets, wine and food pairing, and the ins and outs of the tourism industry. All these allow you to taste French and Spanish wines, and to speak directly with master chefs, winemakers, and tourism agencies.
